My husband yells QZWX@!!! at 2am in the kitchen?

To release stress my husband yells obscenities in the kitchen. This is in the dark at 2am. It lasts for around 5 minutes or so and he does it once per week. This is a tool he has found useful to him but it really creeps me out. Does this sound unusual to you? Have you ever known someone to do this? It isn’t hurting anyone, actually helping him. It makes my adrenaline pump and gives me an uneasy feeling.

He yells QZWX@…? How do you even prononce that?
