when you order thai food in restaurant you get aside dish of cabbage/carrots and celery ….does anyone know the dressing poured over it very red spicey hot ?or have the recipe for it?

Ingredients
1tsp. Grated ginger ( I freeze mine first and then grate it)
½ clove garlic (small) mashed
1 tsp honey
2 tsp. Red wine vinegar
¼ cup peanut sauce (I use house of Tsang)
2 tbsp. Hot chili sauce (I use Kame)
1 ½ tsp sesame oil
2-3 tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
2-3 tsp toasted sesame seeds
salt & pepper to taste

Directions
shake and serve
