Have a bunch of chicken legs I need to cook and love mexican food any suggestions or recipes?

Preferably mexican/spanish recipes but open to anything other than just frying/baking them like I always do. Would like your recipes rather than a web site if possible.

I know you said mexican but this way is good & my family & friends like it a lot. us whatever seasoning you like on the legs, i usually use garlic pepper. then grill them on the grill & after they are done there is a sauce i get in the oriental store called sweet hot sauce for chicken i don’t know the brand name but it is made in thailand. & dip th;e cooked chicken in the sauce then serve it is good
