Interesting recipes for minced lamb/turkey?
Apart from meatballs, spaghetti, or shepherd’s pie, does anyone have some interesting recipes for minced lamb or minced turkey?

Minced lamb in a curried orange sauce on a bed of broad noodles or white and wild rice is nice. Or perhaps minced stuffed turkey roll, topped with homemade turkey gravy is another.
