Healthy, quick dinner ideas for kids/family?

It’s cold and rainy here. I’m making my grocery list for the week and need some ideas. I have four little kids and a picky DH. I prefer healthy recipes with large amounts of fruits/vegetables/whole grains and small amounts of fats/meats. THANKS.
