What are some good recipes for cucumbers?

ive recently given up snacking on sweets and chips and stuff, and instead i’ve been going to fruits and veggies for a snack.
im sick of making and eating salad..so what else can i make with cucumbers? i love them and i have a ton from my garden. i need easy recipes with ingredients from around the house

the easiest thing to make..and also my favorite snack

chop up the cucumbers (i like to take out the seeds b/c the seeded part is too watery for my taste) and then add some italian dressing on top. mix, then sprinkle a pinch of salt and pepper. full of taste, refreshing, and healthy. and you can make it in under 2 minutes
