Unique Crock pot Recipes or tips?

Hi Everyone i’ve recently purchased a crock pot and have only really made chili and baked potatoes in it and was wondering if anyone had any neat recipes or tips? thanks!
Thanks everyone great recipes. Yes you can make baked potatoes I just recently learned this as well! Pretty easy just prepare as you would for the oven but put them in the crock pot with no water and on high for 8 hours for approx 12 potatoes! They are really very good!

Crockpot Beef & Gravy

This is a really tasty recipe that can be prepared in minutes and you will love the aroma waiting for you when you get home.

2 pounds stew beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
4 tablespoons oil
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups water
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Cut stew beef into cubes. Combine flour, salt, pepper, paprika & onion powder. Coat beef cubes with flour mixture. Brown beef in 4 tablespoons oil & place in crock-pot. Pour the remaining ingredients over beef in crock-pot. Stir. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.

Cranberry Onion Pork Roast

This crockpot roast will melt in your mouth.

2 lbs pork loin roast
1 can (16 oz) whole cranberry sauce
1 pkg onion soup mix

Place all ingredients into slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours

Chicken ‘n Dumplings (Crockpot)

Chicken and dumplings is definitely a comfort food everyone enjoys and this is a simple way to make them

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in small chunks
2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1/4 cup onion, finely diced
2 cups water
2 10 oz packages refrigerated biscuits
1 chicken bouillon cube

Combine all ingredients, except biscuits, in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours. 30 minutes before serving, tear biscuit dough into 1-inch pieces. Add to your slow cooker; stirring gently. Cover and cook on HIGH for an additional 30 minutes or until biscuits are fluffed up and cooked through.
