Cooking for Italian exchange partner visiting us in england? we’re veggie and don’t usually eat traditional?

She will only be with us one evening as all the other evenings we’re eating out

I am a meat eater I am Portuguese and I am married to a English girl, have been for the last 23 years, in view that she is a vegetarian I believe I may have some valid suggestions.
I have also a blog that contains various vegetarian and some vegan dishes.
I would replace meat in dishes with quorn, and there are quorn pieces, for making (tortillas, enchiladas, currys, stews and much more)
Also quorn mince (for making lasagne, spaghetti bolognaise, cannelloni chilli con carne and many more)
They also make, shapes like quorn breasts that emulates chicken breasts, for a varied amount of dishes.
Failing that there are some mushrooms like oyster mushrooms that have a very fleshy texture, and some large open white mushrooms make beautiful hamburgers etc.. well I could go on and on …but check bellow you might find something you like.
